Our hallway was really hard to fix because once we pulled off the old wood panelling there was tons of mold underneath. We also tore down walls in the entry way and kitchen to try and make more of an open space.
You can't tell from this picture, but we removed half of the frontroom wall and created an archway entrance to the kitchen.
